Swiss Screw Machined Parts Curtis Screw acquired Sheldon Precision in 1998 to help diversify its product line and bring Swiss screw machining capabilites to its customer base. Today, Curtis operates one of the few, TS 16949 certified Swiss screw machine shops in the world.  Swiss screw machines include Tornos-Bechler, Escomatic, Tornos CNC and Star CNC. Curtis Screw's Swiss screw machine shop can handle orders for 500 pieces or 5 million pieces, whatever the customer requires. This “job shop” capability helps position Curtis to address the needs of a vast array of Swiss screw machine part markets including electrical connectors, controls, valves, medical, military, electronics and automotive. The miniature Swiss screw machined parts produced by our highly knowledgeable workforce range from .015" to 1.125" in diameter.
